Account & User Management
The administrator is the primary responsible person for managing a client account in DPD Shipper Central and DPD Insights. This includes handling all administrative rights and serving as the main point of contact for DPD regarding both tools.
The administrator is also exclusively responsible for managing subusers. This involves creating, modifying, and deleting all subusers linked to the configuration. If subusers encounter issues while using the tools, they must first contact their administrator. The administrator will review the situation and, if necessary, contact DPD CIT or grant permission for DPD CIT to communicate directly with the subuser.
Important: DPD CIT cannot create, modify, or delete subusers. Only the administrator has these rights. If support is needed, the administrator can reach out to DPD CIT.
